Goodwill of Middle Georgia, Inc. (GIMG) seeks an innovative, passionate individual to lead the marketing and communication strategy at a growing $50 million non-profit that operates a career college (www.helms.edu) and numerous applied learning social enterprises (www.edgarshospitality.com). Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Marketing and Digital Strategy will develop and direct marketing strategies for GIMG’s business units in alignment with our mission and strategic plan (www.goodwillworks.org/2020).
This individual will develop a digital marketing strategy for Helms College student enrollment and coordinate marketing, communications and public relations for Goodwill’s thirty-five county territory. This leadership position requires seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in a marketing leadership role and substantial experience with digital marketing tools and techniques to include search engine optimization, lead generation and managing multiple web and landing pages. Superior organizational, listening, writing and presentation skills are also required. A team-oriented wiring with the ability to thrive in rapidly changing entrepreneurial environment and experience working with external agencies and vendors. Humor, humility, and a passion for Goodwill’s faith-based mission are essential for success. Graduate degree preferred.
