Miss Microgreens
We are are a local indoor, vertical, hydroponic farm specializing in microgreens, herbs, leafy greens and edible flowers. Summer will be very busy and looking for someone to work full time working with seeding, monitoring plants grow cycles (moving from seeding to lights to harvest), harvesting greens, organizing chef/delivery orders, as well as basic tasks like filling pots with dirt and washing pots/dishes. We are a small team and everyone does a bit of everything. An interest or background in indoor farming is helpful but not necessary. The Grow Team Assistant will work directly with our production staff to ensure all tasks are completed on time and with high quality. We are looking for a hard worker who pays attention to detail, has excellent communication skills, and can do the job in a timely manner. Our tasks are list-oriented and your days are routined. Days include 30min lunch.
Must be able to be on your feet for the majority of a shift, lift 10-20lbs, work 5 days per week including one Saturday or Sunday shift. Work day is 10am-6pm.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
