Mechanical Design Engineer

Develop next-generation growing modules and automated harvesting systems. Create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings, perform FEA and tolerance analysis, work with suppliers on fabrication, and support prototype builds on-site. Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience designing for food-grade environments preferred.
