Job Title: Technology Quality Engineering and Assurance (Tech QE&A) Solution Architect

Duration: Full Time

Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking highly skilled Quality Engineering Solution Architect

in Technology industry who will build end to end solutions in areas such as online, ecommerce, internet,

high-tech, software domain etc. The competencies required will be in the space of cloud, microservices,

AI/ML, analytics, UX assurance Agile/DevOps transformation, Automation, Performance, and next gen

Quality Engineering services and Operating models. Ability to work independently and remotely, with

willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities:

 Develop end to end solution constructs on QE&A RFP and proactive pursuits in areas around

o Domain – high transaction ecommerce, high tech, internet enabled, software,

data/analytics, media, search and advertising etc.

o Technology- UX assurance, digital assurance, DevOps, cloud assurance, AI/ML, analytics,

recommendations, media processing, information processing etc.

 Build an integrated solution strategy working across different technology groups/horizontals

including Enterprise Applications, Application Development, Infrastructure services and Digital

Engineering

 Design an integrated operating model across towers and jointly build engagement level

transformation themes

 Articulate solution in terms of business outcomes/outputs and come with a product mindset to

developing solutions

 Work with finance team and each of the towers to review effort and cost inputs for overall solution

efficacy, deliverability and Winnability

 Present and lead solution alignment workshops with our customers

 Solution Selling – Ensuring quality solution delivery and subsequent solution selling to other key

stakeholders

 Development of narratives and point solutions in domain and technology space

 Creating collaterals: Creating capability decks, case studies, mailers and contribute to creation of

assets

 Bid Management – Managing an RFX/bid end-to-end and drive the overall response process while

coordinating with various other stakeholders

Qualifications:

 12+ years of strong experience in Quality Engineering, validation services, with at least 3+ years in

Tech industry vertical farming QA business for clients such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Uber,

Intuit etc. worked on large scale integrated or QA proposals, pre-sales or QA consulting

 Be knowledgeable on the QA offerings, products, credentials and case studies

 Experience in Client facing roles

 Experience in anchoring / supporting large RFPs

 Very good working knowledge of QA practices, functional and non-functional testing and critical

metrics related to QA Services

 Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly-matrixed environment

 Excellent problem solving, business communication (written & oral) skills

 Experience with Agile/DevOps and Cloud assurance and

 Knowledge of AI/ML solutions in QA

 Knowledge of QA competitors and their products/services

 Under normal (non-pandemic) conditions, travel as needed, not exceeding 25%

 Experience in QA consulting a plus
