We are offering an exciting career opportunity to join our team as an Operations Specialist in a full-time, year-round role. We have found our best hires come from a variety of backgrounds, but all share the same professional communication, hard work, and passion for ag. This role varies by location and each person’s individual talents but encompasses assisting in our grain and agronomy operations. For some individuals, you will be assisting our grain elevator operations loading/dumping grain trucks or working with our fertilizer and chemical products either in the warehouse or driving tender truck to deliver products to farmer’s fields.

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Prior farm or relatable experience such as military, construction, industrial, etc.
• Professional communication and flexibility working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
• Ability to become a future leader
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak season; up to 2800 hours per year
• Basic mechanical ability to perform light preventative maintenance and upkeep of your dedicated equipment
