how are the vegetables taken down from the rack?

Just wonder in Aero farm, I saw the picture, it is very high rack. Does anyone know how the vegetables are taken down and harvested? Thanks! I am in Canada..

Joe the produce is grown in a cloth medium. The actual growing system doesn’t move. I’ve seen images with scissor lifts (cherry pickers) so presume the cloth medium is just removd manually and the produce harvested
