Built a monitoring system using a Raspberry Pi 4, BME280 sensor for temp and humidity, and a pH sensor module. Data logs to a local InfluxDB instance and I view it through Grafana. Total hardware cost about 60 GBP. It sends me a Telegram alert if temperature goes above 28C or below 15C. Happy to share the Python code if anyone is interested.
