Calcium deficiency even though my EC is fine

Getting brown spots on the edges of my lettuce leaves which looks like calcium deficiency. But my EC is 1.2 and I am using a balanced nutrient mix. pH is 6.0. Temperature 20C. Humidity around 70%. Could it be a humidity issue preventing transpiration? The symptoms only appear on newer leaves.
