For the past three years, Pillsbury United Communities has partnered with the University of MN to Investigate the impact of production-oriented perennial systems on soil contaminants. Join our webinar to share these preliminary results and discuss how soil health affects our urban environments. PUC farmers will share their soil building techniques including: utilizing urban green waste: cardboard, brewer’s mash, food shelf waste and utilizing neighbor’s leaves to cover the soil. We’re excited to hear about your rural methods as well.
