Farm City Week (Day 4)

Join us Thursday, November 12, as we enjoy a special presentation by Craig Senter and recognize our Farm Family of the Year, Female Agriculturalist of the Year, Friend of the Farmer, and Innovative Farmer of the Year.

Since 1955, National Farm-City Week has served as an opportunity to celebrate local farmers and the importance of agriculture as the foundation of our national and state economies, even as urban areas grow and the faces of agriculture change. Each year, the Kiwanis and NC State Extension join together to acknowledge accomplishments in agriculture, scholastic endeavors, and community and economic development.

Farm City Week will look different this year as we go virtual with all our events. Join us every evening as we celebrate agriculture’s contribution to the foundations and success of Harnett County.
