PolyFlex Products is a fully integrated manufacturing company that specializes in the design, engineering and manufacturing of molded products for industrial applications. We serve industries such as automotive, vertical farming/horticulture, battery/electric vehicles, and automation/robotic systems. We have 5 North American facilities offering injection molding, thermoforming, tooling, RIM urethane, and cast urethane processes.

PolyFlex Products, part of Nefab Group is eager to find a Technical Segment Manager to join the Farmington Hills, MI facility. The Technical Segment Manager is responsible will be the first point of contact toward the engineers of selected target customers and will work hand in hand with our Global Business Development, to develop customer satisfaction within the account. The position will be responsible for understanding the customer needs and will work with our strong network, to convert them into smarter packaging solutions, that reduces total cost / Co² impact.

PolyFlex is eager to find a Process Technician. This position requires an adaptive individual to lead our manufacturing Process Technician needs at our Farmington Hills, MI facility. potential candidate will be responsible for starting up and maintaining the injection presses. Develop processes that produce product at the most efficient manner and to assure quality of parts coming from the processes.

Pay Rate to start at $32>$34 per hour
