This position is located at our manufacturing facility and warehouse in Lexington, Kentucky. A production specialist is an important member of our team, serving as the operator of our state of the art packaging equipment. This position is responsible for correctly packaging finished product and ensuring that it meets our high expectations.
Description of Successful Candidate

Ability to work independent of daily management oversight

Requirements
Physical ability to lift, stack and carry 50# bags. Also able to climb ladders and word overhead.

Identify and assess needs to achieve best results for the customer
Work closely with sales and customer care teams to ensure that customers’ order are produced on time and to our strict standards.
Operate and assist maintain the production equipment.
