DETAILS
This role is currently for a part-time employee, estimated at 20 hours per week, with an opportunity to expand into a full time position as workloads increase.
Salary and Benefits: 25-35/hour, depending on experience

ROLE
We are looking for someone with experience working in the CEA industry to join the team to help with operations, organization, processes and logistics as we build out our first two facilities and grow our team.
You will work alongside the founders to help manage a wide array of operational tasks: bookkeeping, sourcing suppliers, interfacing with vendors and partners, coordinating shipments and so on. Your role will be to thoughtfully organize, track and execute a wide range of operational and financial actions to help keep things running smoothly and build a foundation for the company as we grow.
We are looking for someone comfortable with managing the realities of multiple physical business locations, including HR, accounting, compliance, insurance and the host of other challenges that come along with it.

SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Bookkeeping, payroll, account management
Sourcing vendors and equipment, tracking shipments
Regulatory compliance, tax administration
Supporting on-site operations (account administration, office supplies, office support vendors, services, etc.) across multiple geographically distributed locations
HR Administration
Organize and track operational documents and accounts
Build and maintain best practices and processes for operational tasks

LOCATION

This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates based around the NYC metro area who can visit the office (Long Island City) on occasion. Spending time in person together, even infrequently, helps greatly with communication and given the physical nature of our business it helps to see operations in person.
