We’re hiring a Location Manager for a family-owned agricultural equipment dealer with 15+ locations in southwest Michigan and northern Indiana. You’d be based at a Three Rivers, MI location in this multi-faceted role where you will lead the sales team, assist with larger deals and lead the interaction between the sales, service and parts departments. You will lead a team of 30-40 employees in a focus on maximizing overall performance of the location.
Our client offers an excellent work environment, industry-leading salary and full benefits, including health, dental, and matching 401k. Salaries range between $110,000-140,000+ for top candidates.

- Proven track record in leading sales; this includes but is not limited to: ag machinery, agronomy, or other services in agriculture. They are open to all backgrounds if you have strong leadership skills.
